Biographies

	Michael Sivage, Chief Executive Officer With an impressive homebuilding background that spans over 20 years, Michael Sivage is a nationally known leader in the industry. From 1991 to 2003 Michael served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sivage-Thomas Homes, Inc., headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico. During his tenure, he was responsible for the construction of over 8,500 homes in New Mexico and Arizona. He was named “America’s Best Builder” by Builder Magazine for his commitment to the industry and excellence in customer satisfaction. Today, Michael is the sole owner and CEO of Sivage Homes which builds exclusively in New Mexico and Texas. Since the inception of Sivage Homes, Michael has delivered homes to over 1,000 satisfied customers. Michael is greatly involved in the homebuilding and development industry, having served in numerous leadership positions for the Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico, the New Mexico Home Builders Association, and the National Association of Home Builders. Michael was chosen as the Builder Member of the year in 1991 and 1998 for each organization respectively. He was inducted into the Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico Hall of Frame in 1996. Michael is a life director of both the New Mexico Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders. He also serves as a director for the Bank of Albuquerque and as Vice Chairman of the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority. Michael lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico with his wife, Jill, and their three children.
	Jamie M. Pirrello, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Pirrello is the chief financial officer for Michael Sivage Homes and Communities. He is an accomplished financial management professional with an array of expertise in the private and public capital markets, both domestically and internationally. During his career, he has raised in excess of $1.5 billion in mergers and acquisitions and has orchestrated the sale or purchase of over 20 companies. Mr. Pirrello has developed strategies to address Securities and Exchange Commission issues regarding the structure of and accounting for financial transactions and as a noted authority, is a frequent speaker at investor and industry conferences. He has addressed the Pacific Coast Builders Conference, Builder 100 and Big Builder and authors a monthly column for Big Builder magazine on wide range of financial topics. He graduated with honors with an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University. He also graduated with honors and holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
	John Hardin, Chief Administrative Officer John Hardin joined Sivage Community Development, LLC as chief administrative officer in February 2004. He brings extensive financial, accounting and day-to-day management experience to the company and is responsible for operations. Mr. Hardin began his career in homebuilding as controller when he joined Sivage-Thomas Homes, Inc. in 1988. He was promoted to vice president - finance and secretary / treasurer and then vice president - operations. He completed his career at Sivage-Thomas Homes, Inc. as division president. During his tenure with Sivage-Thomas Homes, Inc., Mr. Hardin was responsible for both corporate and divisional aspects to include financial and daily operational issues as well as supervising the construction and customer service departments. Beginning in 2003, Mr. Hardin served as division president for Pulte Homes of New Mexico, Inc. subsequent to the sale of substantially all of the assets of Sivage-Thomas Homes, Inc. Mr. Hardin holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from New Mexico State University. He is a certified public accountant in the State of New Mexico. Mr. Hardin’s background also includes positions with Cobb Resources Corporation, a publicly held mining, oil and gas company and Touche Ross & Company, a certified public accounting firm, both located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
	Kevin Griffin, Project Manager Known for his high dedication to building a quality home, Kevin Griffin joined Sivage Community Development, LLC in April 2006, following a long and successful tenure acting as construction superintendent for Sivage-Thomas Homes, Inc. and Pulte Homes of New Mexico, Inc. While in this position, he supervised junior construction personnel and mentored many new employees on the construction team. Other career highlights include construction superintendent for Stipe Homes, an award-winning custom homebuilder located in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
